The Town of Whiteland is hosting a Community Clean Up Day for residents to safely dispose of yard waste, household junk, debris, and more—completely free of charge. It’s a great opportunity to declutter while helping keep the community clean and beautiful. Just remember: no paint, chemicals, or hazardous waste allowed! Dot from Girl Scout Troop 3111 is bringing a love of reading to life with her Book Talk Silver Award project at the West Perry Branch Library located at 6650 S Harding St, Indianapolis. She’s created a teen book recommendation display featuring titles suggested by teens from across the southside.
