Current Plans for 135 & Whiteland Rd. Southeast Corner

Several planned developments are happening at the 135 & Whiteland Rd. southeast corner. These include:

Kid City USA - a daycare/preschool/before-and-after school care center
Bargersville Self Storage - self storage units
O’Reilly Auto Parts - an auto parts store
Wash Pro Car Wash Systems - a car wash facility

Several of these projects are still in their early development, but they have applied for permits from the town of Bargersville.

South Side Restaurants Participating in Devour Indy’s Summerfest

Devour Indy - the greater Indianapolis area’s premier dining experience - is back with Summerfest.

A handful of south side restaurants are participating with ‘Devour’ menus.

Devour Indy Summerfest runs from August 19th - September 1st.

Simon Malls released some exciting news today about new restaurants and businesses coming to the Greenwood Park Mall this fall and into 2025. These include:

P.F. Chang’s - an Asian cuisine restaurant
Verde Flavors of Mexico - A unique blend of tradition and taste featuring a rich array of dishes that celebrate the diverse culinary heritage of Mexico
Lovesac - An American furniture retailer
Painting with a Twist - a fun place to connect with friends over a glass of wine, your favorite snacks, a night of laughs, and some art.
