🍦 Summer Jobs, Stout Beers & Streetwork—All Happening This Week!
Discover what's happening in Greenwood, Center Grove, Franklin, Bargersville, and beyond on this hump day!
TOGETHER WITH
Oh, April 23rd, you beautiful midweek unicorn.
Folks, if you've been waiting for a sign to finally put away that "just-in-case" jacket living in your car since February, this is it. Mother Nature's flipping the switch to sunny and stunning, and rumor has it, she's doing it just to show off. With two back-to-back days of gorgeous weather on the horizon, it's time to cancel those “maybe later” plans and fully commit to patio season, lawn lounging, and the great neighborhood sport of waving at everyone like you’ve known them since kindergarten.
So go ahead—water that garden, air out those hammocks, and for the love of sunscreen, let’s soak it in while it lasts.
In today’s South Side Scoop:
☀️ Now Hiring! Greenwood Parks & Rec is looking for summer staff—perfect for teens, college students, or anyone craving sunshine and a paycheck.
🚧 Heads Up, Drivers: Phase 2 of the U.S. 31 project begins in Franklin this week—expect shoulder and lane closures through early August.
🍻 Cheers to Local Flavor: Death and Taxes Day returns to Bargersville with craft beer, live music, and over 40 vendors this Saturday!
Let’s get to it!
