Get ready for funnel cakes, rides, and plenty of hometown fun; the Johnson County Fair kicks off this Sunday in Franklin! Running Sunday, July 13th through Saturday, July 19th, the fair features thrilling midway rides, live entertainment, livestock shows, a rodeo, pageants, and countless exhibits showcasing local talent and agriculture. New Southside Babywearing Group Connects Parents and Caregivers

A new group on the south side is helping parents and caregivers connect over the art of babywearing. Southside Indy Babywearing, founded by local mom Lexi, welcomes anyone (whether brand new or experienced in babywearing) to share tips, ask questions, and learn safe babywearing practices. The group plans to host monthly meet-ups, with the next gathering scheduled for Saturday, July 19th, from 10am-12pm at University Park in Greenwood (200 Legacy Blvd). Parents interested in joining can find the group on Facebook for more details and community support.
