šŸ¦ Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue... It’s My Birthday, So Celebrate Too!

Discover what's happening in Greenwood, Center Grove, Bargersville, and beyond this weekend!

TOGETHER WITH

Happy Friday, neighbors! And more importantly—Happy Valentine’s Day! Whether you're celebrating with your sweetheart, your cat, or a heart-shaped pizza (solid choice, by the way), today is the day to embrace love in all its forms.

For the romantics, may your dinner reservations be honored, your flowers not wilt by noon, and your chocolates be the fancy kind—not the mystery-filled ones that taste like regret.

And for the rest of us? No worries! You can just celebrate my birthday! That’s right, I’ve spent my whole life telling people that February 14th is actually my holiday, and I fully expect festive participation. Cake is a perfectly acceptable substitute for roses, and I will graciously accept any and all chocolate donations. I digress.

In today’s South Side Scoop:

  • šŸ›ļø Last Chance to Love Local: The Love Local Franklin shopping event ends this Sunday, so grab those stamps and enter to win $1,000+ in gift cards!

  • šŸ’˜ So Many Valentine’s Events: From romantic movie nights to Galentine’s Day celebrations and special shopping deals, there’s no shortage of ways to celebrate love this weekend!

  • 🐾 Community in Action: The Johnson County Animal Shelter needs cleaning supplies, a Revolutionary War exhibit is now in town, and there are tons of local events to enjoy!

Let’s get to it!
