A winning $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold at Meijer on 5325 E. Southport Road for the Saturday, Jan. 25 drawing. The lucky numbers were 8-15-17-53-66, with a Powerball of 14. Winners can contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 for details on claiming their prize. And for those still feeling luckyâthe next Powerball jackpot on Monday, Jan. 27 is an estimated $56 million!
Whiteland Seniors: Apply for the Otto Lewis Memorial Scholarship
The Town of Whiteland is offering two $1,000 scholarships to graduating Whiteland Community High School seniors who demonstrate compassion and community engagement. To apply, complete the required application and submit two letters of recommendation. Applications are available now and must be submitted by Friday, March 21.
