TOGETHER WITH

Happy Monday!

Good news, folks—Tuesday’s bringing us a heatwave of 45 degrees! Okay, maybe “heatwave” is a stretch, but after the recent arctic vibes, it’s practically swimsuit weather. Time to dig out those lighter jackets we optimistically stashed away back in December (remember optimism?).

So, whether your New Year’s resolutions are thriving or quietly hibernating like the squirrels around here, let’s use this semi-thawed forecast as a sign to defrost our ambitions. Grab your coffee, your coziest socks, and let’s tackle the week with gusto—and maybe even a little sunshine.

In today’s South Side Scoop:

  • 💰 $50,000 Powerball Winner: A lucky ticket was sold at Meijer on E. Southport Rd. for $50,000—check your numbers!

  • 🎓 Scholarship Opportunity for Whiteland Seniors: Applications are open for the Otto Lewis Memorial Scholarship—$1,000 for two compassionate, community-minded graduates!

  • 🎳 Big News for Family Fun: Greatimes Family Fun Park is merging with Royal Pin Expo, creating a massive 75,000-square-foot entertainment hub!
