Whiteland High School Gets $25,000 Grant

The Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation announced Whiteland High School received a $25,000 grant from The Howard Companies construction firm.

The grant will allow the high school to create a civil construction program, which will help equip students with necessary skills to be employable upon graduation.

Youth Football Field Named for Late Official

Franklin Township Youth Football renamed one of its fields the ‘Kevin Lewis North Field,’ in honor of the late official that died of cancer in April.

Lewis was a staple of the youth football league and dedicated years of service to help it thrive.

Lewis’ name will now forever live on at the FTYF fields.

Franklin’s Hops & Vines Festival is This Weekend!

Franklin’s Hops and Vines Festival 2024 will be here before you know it! The family-friendly festival is this Saturday, August 10th, from 4-10pm.

The festival is held at the DriveHubler.com Amphitheater and will feature a beer and wine garden of Indiana craft breweries and wineries. Food trucks and live music will be on hand, as well.

New Boutique Coming to Bargersville

Junction 111 - a boutique that focuses on boho & chic, girl & cozy, with a touch of western flare - will open its doors on Saturday, August 10th at 4pm.

At the grand opening, the boutique will have hair tinsel, permanent jewelry, snacks, and a $250 giveaway for anyone that makes a purchase.

CrossFit Gym Coming to Greenwood

Three Cord Fitness - a CrossFit and personal training gym - announced that they will open in Greenwood on Saturday, August 24th at 9am.

The new gym will be located at 365 Commerce W Parkway, Suite H in Greenwood.

The Hope Gallery Volunteer Info Session
