They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
It’s Wednesday, September 10th!
Good morning, Southside! Just when we thought fall was moving in for good, Indiana pulled a fast one—welcome to Second Summer. Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts, because we all know the next cool snap is just waiting around the corner!
In today’s South Side Scoop:
🎉 Bargersville is celebrating 175 years with a community challenge: play trivia, share memories, and win prizes.
👏 Shoutout to Whiteland grad Jonathan McCoy for earning Franklin College’s prestigious Laurels and Lancers Award.
☕ Coffeehouse Five’s Franklin shop is temporarily closed after a small fire, but Greenwood and Bargersville locations are still serving.
Let’s get to it!
THE DIGEST
Celebrate 175 Years of Bargersville with a Community Challenge
Bargersville is turning 175, and there’s a fun way to join the celebration! Now through September 26, residents and visitors can take part in the 175th Anniversary Challenge by testing their Bargersville trivia knowledge, snapping selfies at downtown landmarks, and sharing favorite local memories (including your best “Bell Story”). Prizes include a personalized banner and local gift cards, with winners chosen by the Bargersville Main Street Board. It’s a great way to celebrate the town’s history, support local businesses, and come together as a community. Click here to take the challenge!
Whiteland Grad Honored with Prestigious Franklin College Award
Franklin College sophomore Jonathan McCoy, a Whiteland graduate, has earned the Laurels and Lancers Award, one of the school’s top honors. Faculty select recipients for both academic success and campus involvement, and McCoy stood out by making the President’s List in both semesters of his first year. He is double-majoring in actuarial science and applied mathematics while also serving in multiple leadership roles. A big South Side congratulations, Jonathan!
LOCAL BUSINESS
Coffeehouse Five Franklin Temporarily Closed After Fire
Coffeehouse Five’s Franklin location is closed until further notice after a small fire broke out in their roasting room earlier this week. Thanks to the quick response of local fire crews, the fire was contained quickly and no one was injured. Roasting operations are on pause while repairs are made, but their Greenwood (323 Market Plaza) and Bargersville (10 Plummer Ave) shops remain open and ready to serve. Owners Brian and Michelle Peters say they’re grateful for the outpouring of community support and will share reopening updates on social media.
