They’re currently seeking sponsors to provide Christmas gifts for kids with open DCS cases, with over 100 children still in need. Any help or shares to spread the word are greatly appreciated! Malarkey Roofing Breaks Ground in Franklin, Bringing 200 Jobs

Franklin officially welcomed Malarkey Roofing Products with a groundbreaking ceremony last Thursday, attended by Mayor Steve Barnett and local leaders. The new 300,000-square-foot facility will bring 200 jobs to the area. President Dale Rushing expressed gratitude for the city's support and shared Malarkey's commitment to offering genuine career paths and being a positive part of the Franklin community.

Join SSPOM for Designer Purse Bingo! Doors open at 5:30pm, and Bingo kicks off at 6:30pm. Silent Reading Club

The first Silent Reading Club was a success! It offers a relaxed evening of socializing and quiet reading on the third Wednesday of each month. Open to those 21 and older, it begins with a social hour from 5-6 p.m. and silent reading from 6-7 p.m. It's free to attend, with refreshments available for purchase, and donations accepted for the Johnson County Animal Shelter.
