Three Johnson County Women Named 500 Festival Princesses
Three talented women from Johnson County have been selected as 500 Festival Princesses for 2025! Part of a prestigious program recognizing Indianaâs brightest young women, they will engage in leadership development, community service, and professional networking while celebrating the legacy of the Indianapolis 500. Representing Johnson County are Adelle Burkhardt (Roncalli graduate), Madison Ramsey (Greenwood graduate), and Megan Tennell (Franklin Community graduate). One princess will be crowned 500 Festival Queen Scholar on May 17, earning a $1,500 scholarship!

Mark your calendars! Franklin Parks and Recreation is hosting itâs annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, at 10 a.m. sharp at the DriveHubler.com Amphitheater at Youngs Creek Park. Kids can hunt for eggs and snap a photo with Strawberry the Bunny before the fun begins! Donât forget to bring a basket. We will see you there!
