End-of-Summer Pool Hours: Freedom Springs & Franklin Family Aquatic Center
Two of the Southsideâs favorite summer spots are adjusting schedules as the school year approaches. Freedom Springs Aquatic Park begins its Back-to-School hours on Monday, August 4th, opening MondayâFriday from 11 am to 6 pm, Saturdays 11 am to 8 pm, and Sundays noon to 6 pm. Meanwhile, the Franklin Family Aquatic Center will be open on select days throughout August, with its final day of the season on Sunday, August 31st. On days the Franklin pool is closed, visitors can cool off at the Splash Pad at Youngs Creek Park. Donât miss your last chance to splash into summer fun!
Hops & Vines Festival Returns to Downtown Franklin This Saturday
The Hops & Vines Festival is back this Saturday, August 9th, from 4 to 10 pm at the DriveHubler.com Amphitheater in Downtown Franklin. Enjoy samples and full pours from top Indiana breweries and wineries, including Sun King, Oliver, 3 Floyds, and Mallow Run, while rocking out to live music from headliner Jukebox Luke. This family-friendly event features a 21+ beer and wine garden and is just $5 to attend, with proceeds supporting Discover Downtown Franklin. Itâs the perfect way to spend a summer evening in Franklin!
