The Hot Room Greenwood Set to Open This Month

The South Side is about to welcome an exciting new addition to its fitness community: The Hot Room Greenwood, which will open this month. Offering a variety of classes and services, including heated fitness, hot yoga, cold therapy, and massage therapy, The Hot Room Greenwood is designed to cater to fitness enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation and recovery.

The studio will feature a flexible class schedule with morning, midday, and evening sessions throughout the week, ensuring there's a time slot for everyone. Classes will run from as early as 6 AM to 7 PM on weekdays, with weekend classes available as well. The Hot Room will also host pop-up classes and invite visiting teachers monthly to keep things fresh and engaging for attendees.

In addition to fitness classes, The Hot Room will offer cold therapy and massage therapy, with appointments available all day, providing the perfect way to recover and recharge.
