INDY AIR BEARS ARE REALLY COOL

The Indy Air Bears, founded and coached by Franklin College graduate, Niki Glover, are coming off of a first place finish in the American Jump Rope National Championships in Salt Lake City. There were 430 teams and the Air Bears came out on top.

Yesterday, the group was highlighted on Fox 59 and gave a sample routine of what they did to take home first!

Johnson County Fair

The Johnson County Fair is well under way and there’s plenty left to do there.

Yoga & Wine Night

The Sycamore at Mallow Run is hosting a Yoga and Wine Night tonight from 6-8pm. Registration is $15 and includes a full 60 minute yoga class and a glass of wine of your choice. Additional glasses will be available for purchase. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and to wear comfortable clothing.
