Community Rally Needed for Alaina’s Bowling Fundraiser

The family of Alaina Rose, a local child bravely fighting neuroblastoma, is hosting a bowling fundraiser on Saturday, August 9th from 1–3pm at Hi Way Lanes in Franklin. The event features bowling, a themed basket silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle, with all proceeds supporting Alaina’s treatment. Megan, Alaina’s mom, shared that they still need 9 more lanes sponsored at $200 per lane (6 people per lane) to make the event possible. Blooms of Hope Celebrates Ribbon Cutting

The Hope Gallery celebrated the official ribbon cutting for its Blooms of Hope flower farm initiative, marking a season of growth and opportunity. What began as a small plot last year has now doubled in size, allowing team members to gain hands-on horticultural and floral arrangement skills. These stunning bouquets, created and signed by team members, are now available at the Franklin (Saturdays) and Bargersville (Wednesdays) Farmers Markets and Franklin’s Farm Girl Mercantile. Proceeds support the Hope Gallery’s mission of empowering individuals and spreading beauty and connection throughout the community.
