Save the Date: Greenwood Freedom Festival – Saturday, June 28

Get ready for a full day of fun at Craig Park with the annual Greenwood Freedom Festival, featuring live music, food vendors, a parade, and family activities. The party kicks off with a 4 PM parade and live performances by The Doo and The Endless Summer Band starting at 5:30 PM. New this year: a post-ceremony drone show followed by KORN Country 100.3’s Musical Fireworks at 10 PM where you can tune in to hear the synchronized soundtrack!

Bargersville’s New Umbarger Plaza Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Umbarger Plaza, a $2 million public greenspace in downtown Bargersville, was officially dedicated last Thursday, June 12th. Built on the former Umbarger family feed lot, the plaza now features an amphitheater, restrooms, and space for community events. This summer, it will continue to host free concerts, movies, yoga, and more as part of the town’s seasonal programming. Located at 118 North Baldwin St., it’s set to become a central hub for gathering and celebration in Bargersville.
