Center Grove Swim School Spring Registration Opens TODAY

Registration for spring swim lessons opens Monday (today!) at 8:00 AM, with four available sessions to choose from. The program offers 1:1 instruction, skill-focused lessons, and evening class options to help swimmers of all levels improve. Spots fill quickly, so be sure to sign up here. Summer session registration will open in May!

Whiteland & Lutheran Capture Sectional Titles and Advance to Regionals

Whiteland’s boys basketball team claimed their first sectional title since 2002 with a 63-59 victory over Columbus East on Saturday! Lutheran’s boys team also brought home a championship with a 59-49 win over Metropolitan. Both teams advance to regional play on Saturday, March 15; Lutheran (8-15) faces Hauser (23-3) at 1 PM in Martinsville, while Whiteland (15-11) takes on Terre Haute North (20-5) at 7 PM in Washington. Best of luck as they continue their tournament run!

Franklin Township Community Park Set for Major Upgrades

Exciting changes are coming to Franklin Township Community Park, located at 8801 Edgewood Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46239, as construction begins on several improvements. The project includes a new playground, basketball and pickleball courts, and upgraded trails to enhance the park for the community. Work is now underway, and residents can look forward to enjoying these new features soon!

Happy Hounds Transitions to New Ownership

Happy Hounds Doggy Daycare, located at 111 W Stop 11 in Indianapolis, is entering a new chapter! The Alex and Ali Foundation has gifted its plan of operation and branding to a new entity, which will continue supporting individuals with disabilities. While Happy Hounds will no longer operate under the foundation, it will reopen soon under new ownership with the same dedication to its mission. Stay tuned for more details from the new owners!
