I wanted to share something directly with you.

After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve decided to press pause on South Side Scoop for this season.

This newsletter has been such a joy to build. What started as a simple idea turned into a community of nearly 3,000 engaged readers who care deeply about the southside. I’m incredibly proud of that, and even more grateful for you.

Right now, though, my family needs more of my time and attention. My kids are little, the years are short, and I want to be fully present for them.

I’m not ruling out a return in the future, but for now, this chapter is closing with gratitude.
